This instrument clusters of Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat the one button reset of oil service may cause a “Link Failure” message on the CS 2000. If this occurs use this standard reset procedure shown below for channel 02:

* Choose Vehicle (VW, Audi, Seat or Skoda) and press ENTER.
* Choose INTERIOR and press ENTER
* Choose INSTRUMENT PANEL and press ENTER
* At the Identification Screen press ENTER
* For late model vehicles go to LOGIN and press ENTER
* Enter your WSC number (01283) on the keypad. If this is not accepted, then Log in is not necessary for this controller.
* Press EXIT.
* Choose ADAPTATION and press ENTER
* Now you are asked for a CHANNEL number. These Channel numbers correspond to different Service Interval functions.
* Enter the CHANNEL NUMBER on the keypad and press ENTER.
* Enter the ADAPTION VALUE and press ENTER.
